WOW!!! May is already flying!! Lots of announcements!!!
-Today order forms are going home for lunch at the Dunedin Blue Jays. This is not something you have to do. Just an option for lunch at the ball park. It's $5 and the kids get a hot dog, drink and fruit. If they do not want this lunch they can pack a lunch or order school lunch. All forms and money are due by May 10th.
May 16th is the Dunedin Blue Jays game. Please let Ms. Kelsey or Ms. Yuri know if you can attend and also chaperone to drive! It is education day at the field so it should be packed so the more chaperones the better!! Also please make your child is wearing sunscreen and has a hat or sunglasses. All seats are in the sun and it gets hot!!
May 17th is our field trip to Weedon Island. Your student must wear close toed water shoes or tennis shoes that can get wet. They also can't wear a white t-shirt due to us getting wet (park policy). Bathing suits can be worn but shorts and shirts must stay on. Please also bring a towel. We will be changing when we get back to school. Water, sunscreen, bug spray and a hat are important on this day as well.
May 17th- Family Ed night. This is definitely the most exciting family ed night of the year in my opinion because Geri Carter and Tim Evans will be hosting it. They are great family therapists that specialize in Adlerian counseling. Family Ed is on a Wednesday!!
May 19th- POOL FIELD TRIP!!!! Parents are welcome to join us! The students pay for their own field trip with money they earned in student funds. This is a fun day. They also paid for their own lunch from Pita Pit. They also need to have waterproof sunscreen on before they come to school, Please pack a towel and water bottle as well.
