Ice cream in a bag

We are making homemade ice cream in a bag on Tuesday May 22nd. If anyone can donate some supplies to help out it would be greatly appreciated. I would need them by Monday so I know what to get at the store. 

-gallon of milk
-vanilla extract
-sugar (1 cup)
- coarse salt (4 cups)
- 10 gallon ziplocks
-10 quart sized ziplocks
- bag of ice (10 lbs)
