Encouragement and Dreikurs!!!

Reading any of Dreikur's books can be very enlightening to Adlerian Theory. I am currently reading Leadership by Encouragement by another Adlerian, Dan Eckstein . The theory we teach and live by at the school doesn't stop at the elementary level and emerging yourself in  theory and using it at home and the workplace can be life changing for yourself!!
