Reading Logs

Reading Logs are coming home today. They need to be returned at the end of each month. Your Pelican should be reading no less than 25 min. a day at home. This is very important to help them improve their reading skills. They will be having a series of reading test this year as well as their FSA test in the Spring. Reading and more reading is what will help you student become a better reader and speller! Let your student be creative and choose things they like to read. My tip is it doesn't matter what they are reading,(menu, road signs, etc.) as long as they are reading!! Make it fun and encouraging!!
