Lice Update!! Important Read

Please do not send your Orca with their back packs for the next two weeks. We are trying to rid this lice situation and back packs need to be washed and not returned until we can figure out the source. I have plastic bags I'll be sending home if they have anything to take home. Next week there will not be spelling words due to having Monday off and we will be on a field trip Wednesday. Thank you for your cooperation. This is going to take help from all parents to solve this issue. Hair should also be pulled back and have some type of hair spray, mousse or gel to avoid getting lice. Please also do lice checks at home every 2 weeks as recommended by Pinellas County School Board. If your student has lice please keep them home until it is completely treated and just call and let us know about the absence. Thank you again.
