This week we learned about where we live and compared ourselves, school, neighborhood, city/town, state, country, and our world. We made edible owl s'mores for our publishing party. We published our Fall pumpkin poems. Group A math is working on line segments and parallel lines. Group B is working on ball park estimates and multiplication and division number stories. Group C is working on fractions, decimals and double digit multiplication. We discussed habitats and learned from our experiment in Science that an increase of population means less food and then the population decreases and the cycle starts over when their food replenishes.
