Weedon Island permission slips and consent form

Permission slips will go home today for Weedon Island's trip next week. There is also a form that Weedon Island requires each student to have completed. It will be attached to the field trip permission slip. Please fill out both and have the forms and $12 turned in by Monday May 15th. Please make sure your student has waterproof sunscreen applied before the come to school on May 17th.
